Crusader Rabbit Trace and Color Book Original Art by Alfred Abranz & Dave Hoffman (Whitman Publishing, 1959).
Crusader Rabbit and Ragland T. Tiger sit in a row boat looking above at the rain cloud, in this great coloring book image rendered in ink on Bristol board.
Slight toning, with some glue residue under the cloud where a word balloon pasteup is missing in the upper and lower corners. In Very Good condition. An extremely RARE piece of vintage CRUSADER RABBIT artwork from the early years.
Please note that the coloring book image is for reference only, and is not sold with the artwork.
Crusader Rabbit is the white rabbit with upright ears and in knight’s armour. He was TV's first animated series and premiered on a local Los Angeles station on 8/1/49 and began national syndication in 1950.
