EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
In the Itchy & Scratchy Show episode, Scratchy goes to Itchy's barber shop for a haircut. Itchy seats Scratchy in the chair, then pours pours barbecue sauce and flesh-eating ants onto Scratchy's head. The ants devour the fur and flesh from Scratchy's head, leaving only his skull. Itchy then uses the chair lift to propel Scratchy into the air, through the ceiling, and into Elvis Presley's television set in the room upstairs, where Elvis is watching TV. Elvis comments that "This show ain't no good", and shoots the TV. "The Front" is the nineteenth episode of the fourth season of the American animated television series The Simpsons. It originally aired in the United States on Fox on April 15th, 1993. In the episode, Bart and Lisa decide to write an episode of The Itchy & Scratchy Show; after their script is rejected, they resubmit it under the name of their grandfather, Abraham Simpson, resulting in Grampa being hired as a staff writer. Meanwhile, Homer returns to high school to retake a failed science course.
