We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this RARE hand painted original production cel from the classic sixth season episode "And Maggie Makes Three" (1995).

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Bart and Lisa are hand-painted onto three separate animation cels, and placed against a print background from the episode.

Please note that this scene was edited and cut from the final scene which appears on screen around the 11:07 mark.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
"And Maggie Makes Three" is the thirteenth television episode of The Simpsons' sixth season. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on January 22nd, 1995. In the episode, Lisa notices that there are no photos of Maggie in the family photo albums. This leads to a recount of Maggie's birth: having settled all his debts, Homer quit his job at the nuclear power plant, and took his dream job at a bowling alley. However, when Maggie was born, his salary was not enough to support three children, so he had to return to his old job at the plant. He explains that all of Maggie's pictures are at his work station to inspire him.
