With most of the original Rocky and Bullwinkle Showanimated in Mexico, few production cels exist. This is a great hand-painted 16 field limited edition cel featuring our heroes Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose in a cel titled "Oh Give Me A Home (Where The Mooselo Roam)".
This was part of the ten cel “Great Scene Series”, and is the perfect addition to every loyal fan’s collection. This cel is numbered #125 of only 200 created. Created jointly by Universal Studios Animation Art and Jay Ward Productions, Inc, this limited edition art is re-created for your enjoyment with beautifully silk-screened and hand inked lines, then hand painted.
This cel measures 16.5” inches wide by 13.5” inches high, and is complemented by a colourful lithographed background on museum quality stock. The cel has been hand signed by JUNE FORAY (1917-2017), the voice of Rocky and widely referred by as the First Lady of Animation. There is a Jay Ward official seal on the cel and the artwork is accompanied with the matching numbered certificate of authenticity. The artwork is in excellent condition.
As there are no actual surviving production cels from the cartoon itself, limited edition cels such as this are the only way to get these characters in this format.
