Comic Mint, is pleased to offer FLINTSTONES fans this RARE hand painted limited edition animation cel entitled "The Return of Stony Curtis" (1997). This edition is signed by screen legend, Tony Curtis, and Flintstones creators Bill Hanna & Joe Barbera.

This Limited Edition was directly reproduced from “The Flintstones” episode ‘The Return of Stony Curtis’ which premiered on October 1st, 1965. Wilma is the lucky winner of a contest in which Stony Curtis is to be slave for a day to the person selected. This cel recreates the classic moment Fred brings Stony Curtis home to meet Wilma, unfortunately for Wilma, she answers the front door startled to see her idol.

This limited edition was created by transferring Helene Hunter’s inking onto a sheet of acetate through a high quality silk-screening process. Each cel was expertly hand-painted on the reverse side, using original Hanna-Barbera colors.. The background by Dennis Durrell was reproduced using a fine art lithograph process. The edition carries the Hanna-Barbera Seal of Authenticity.

The edition number was hand-inked on each cel in an edition of only 300 pieces (worldwide) and measures 16.5" x 13.5" inches and is issued with a certificate of authenticity.
Each piece has been hand-signed by Tony Curtis, Bill Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
