Comic Mint is pleased to offer Hanna-Barbera fans this rocking publicity cel, which is featured in the main titles sequence from “Frankenstein Jr and the Impossibles”.

The Impossibles are Coil Man, Multi Man and Fluid Man, disguised as a beatnik rock group. The characters playing their guitars, are meticulously hand-inked and hand-painted onto celluloid, and placed against a high quality giclee background. The cel measures 12.5" x 10.5" inches, and is In excellent condition.

Frankenstein Jr. and the Impossibles is an animated television show produced by Hanna-Barbera for CBS in 1966. Each half-hour consisted of one Frankenstein Jr. story and two with the Impossibles. It ran for two seasons before complaints about violence in children's television led to the series' cancellation.
Posing as a trio of young rock 'n roll musicians, The Impossibles were actually crime fighters, with superpowers, dedicated to battling evil supervillains of all shapes and sizes. When performing for their adoring fans (usually star-struck, screaming teenyboppers), the lads would play their mod, futuristic-looking guitars atop an equally futuristic bandstand (emblazoned with their "Impossibles" logo on the side, a la Ringo Starr's drumkit) that could convert into a car.
