Comic Mint is pleased to offer Looney Tunes fans this rare three cel animation production cel setup featuring Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd from the theatrical feature "Blooper Bunny" (1997).
These are one-of-a-kind, hand-inked and hand-painted production cels that were filmed under the camera, and used in the making of this movie. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork which appears on screen around the 5:07 mark.
The artwork is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity, as well as our laminated synopsis card. (as pictured).
STORYLINE:
Blooper Bunny is an eight-minute Merrie Melodies animated short directed by Greg Ford and Terry Lennon. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation in 1991, it was shelved and did not premiere publicly until June 3, 1997.
The short opens with a special 51½ Anniversary Celebration of Bugs Bunny. Once that is finished, what happened earlier that day is shown, with a backstage look at Bugs, Daffy, Yosemite Sam, and Elmer Fudd (featuring 3D rendering of the scenery). They attempt a performance, which results in a series of animated "bloopers".
