We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this RARE hand painted original production cel setup, from the classic seventh season episode "King-Size Homer" (1995).

All of the nuclear plant employees are outside, preparing to exercise. Montgomery Burns addresses the employees: "One, two, three, four. Up, down, three, four" Homer: (sweating, struggling to complete a push-up) Two! Lenny: "Actually Homer, that's just one. See, each push-up includes both an up part and a down part!" Homer: "D'oh! Hey, where's Charlie? How'd he get out of this?" Carl: "Uh, he's at home on disability!" Lenny: "Yeah, he got injured on the job and they sent him home with pay (scoffs) It's like a lottery that awards stupidity!" Homer: "Stupidity, eh?"

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted production cel setup (there are no others), and the artwork was filmed and used in the making of this SIMPSONS episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork which appears on screen around the 1:34 mark. Homer is hand-painted onto a single cel, and placed against the matching scene print background.

This 12 field, 3-peghole, celluloid measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is also accompanied with the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
"King-Size Homer" is the seventh episode of The Simpsons' seventh season. It originally aired on FOX in the United States on November 5th, 1995. In the episode, Mr. Burns institutes a new calisthenics program at work. Most employees enjoy the morning workout, except Homer, who is too lazy. He finds out that if he goes on disability, he will be exempt from the exercises. He finds hyper-obesity among the list of disability, so he gorges himself on food to balloon up to 300 pounds.
