Ren and Stimpy Show “Ren’s Brain" Production Drawing Animation Art (1995).

This great scene layout is by the late and great Chris Reccardi, who also directed this episode.
After another failed experiment, Stimpson J. Cat (Freelance Brain Surgeon) declares: "None of these brains are any good. If only I had a quality brain to experiment on. A PERFECT BRAIN” After retiring to bed for the night, the moon rises, and Stimpy sees Ren's perfect brain."I-I-I-I-It's the, the perfect B-B-B-B…"

This is a one-of-a-kind piece that was used in the making of this Ren & Stimpy episode.
Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see where this drawing was used to create the finished cel, which appears on screen around the 14:06 mark. We have provided a screenshot of the scene as reference.

This drawing was rendered in graphite and pink pencil on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper, with lots of animation notations. Some minor handling and wear, but otherwise in very good condition. The drawing measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide with three-peg punch holes. It has the official Spike seal imprinted on the paper, and is accompanied with the Spike certificate of authenticity.

Episode Synopsis:
"Ren's Brain" is an episode of The Ren & Stimpy Show that originally aired on October 7th, 1995 and was the 80th episode in the series.
Stimpy re-enters the world of science as a "freelance brain surgeon." He soon runs out of good brains to conduct experiments on, so (ala "Stimpy's Invention") Stimpy removes Ren's brain.
