Making a purchase
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and PayPal (see below for information on making a purchase using PayPal).
Credit card purchases can be made through the website shopping cart. Click the ADD TO CART button on your selected items and fill in the secured purchase order form.
For listed items that are not in stock, please contact Comic Mint. If we are unable to verify credit card funds within 3 business days and attempts to contact you fail, your piece or pieces will be released and offered for sale to other interested collectors.
For PayPal purchases, please use email@example.com which is our PayPal account.
Please contact Comic Mint via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your PayPal payment.

IMPORTANT: Remember to put in the "Notes" section of your PayPal payment what artwork you are paying for. Information required is the Title of the art and the Item Code.

We ship worldwide using FedEx, the world’s BEST international courier. All artwork that is not larger than 13" x 19" inches (whether it be one item or more) is $30.00 US Dollars WORLDWIDE. Delivery time is usually within 5 to 7 days.
When you place an order from our website, we endeavour to always try and ship the next day, so that you have your purchase within 5 to 7 days. The only exception being an out of stock item that may require to be drop shipped to you directly from the studio. All packages we ship will require a signature.
In terms of packing, be rest assured that we take the utmost care in how we pack artwork and collectibles. We use very secure packing materials to ensure that we protect your investment, and that your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
When your package has been despatched, you will be emailed a tracking number of the package which you can monitor online at www.fedex.com.
Not all limited editions are in stock at all times. Delivery of out of stock items will take 1 – 3 weeks. If time is an issue, please call or email us to find out if your chosen artwork is in stock.

CONVERTING US DOLLARS TO OTHER CURRENCIES
All of our pricing is in US dollars. www.xe.com is a currency conversion website which can quickly and easily show you approximate conversion rates into many different currencies.
Comic Mint offers collectors an easy way to purchase the artwork they want. If you cannot afford the piece of artwork, we offer layaway plans, with no-interest or additional fees.
The policy is as follows: we require a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit which will be collected at the time of the order, and the balance of the payments will be split into equal payments for up to 3 subsequent months. Your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of each month until the layaway is paid off.
The artwork will be shipped upon completion of the final payment. If a layaway is in default for 30 days, on the 31st day, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway, keep all paid funds and reoffer the art for sale.

RETURNS: We are proud to say in over 20 years we are yet to have an item returned. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the day your art has been delivered. If your order was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our part, we will pay for the return shipping. If it was due to a mistake on your part, the return cost will be required to be paid by you. Art must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the art arrives damaged due to poor shipping, a portion of the refund will be kept for damages. It's as simple as that!
