Comic Mint is pleased to offer Powerpuff Girls fans this outstanding original hand painted production cel from the third season episode "Helter Skelter" (2001).

Featured here is a great image of Professor Utonium with Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles.

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece that was filmed under the camera, and used in the making of this episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork on screen around the 02:87 mark.

The animation cel measures 10.5 inches by 14 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Cartoon Network seal (lower corner). The artwork is accompanied by the original Cartoon Network certificate of authenticity and the artwork is in excellent condition.

Episode Synopsis:
Helter Shelter is the first half of the 36th episode in the third season of The Powerpuff Girls. 
In this episode, Bubbles’ love for animals goes too far. After Professor Utonium finds animals everywhere in the house, he tells the girls that they must stop bringing animals home, but Bubbles happens to bring a baby whale to the girls' room anyway.
