COMMENTS
We are pleased to offer BEAVIS & BUTT-HEAD fans one last opportunity to purchase this long SOLD-OUT hand painted limited edition animation cel from over 20 years ago.

"SICK" comes in an edition size of 200, and is individually numbered, with the cel measuring 10.5" x 12.5" inches. The cel has the official MTV studio seal of authenticity (lower right corner), and is also accompanied by the studio certificate of authenticity.

The artwork is based on an original artwork used during “Beavis and Butt-head” which premiered on MTV in March, 1993. Each day the two can be found amusing themselves with activities such as watching bad TV shows, going on a rampage of the local mall with the neighbour’s credit card, or wreaking havoc at the drive-thru. In this scene, from the episode “Sick” which first aired on May 20th, 1993, Beavis and Butt-head await a visit from the doctor. No production cels exist from this episode which was produced with computer assistance.

To produce this edition of 200 cels and 20 Artist Proofs, a drawing of the scene was transferred onto acetate by silk-screening, then each cel was expertly hand painted and placed against a photographic background.
