COMMENTS
Graham Bleathman is one of England's foremost illustrators of Gerry Anderson's television series including Stingray, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90 and, of course, Thunderbirds. He is particularly well known for his 'cross section' illustrations of the spacecraft, vehicles and buildings from those shows and his illustrations have appeared in a number of books, magazines and comics since the early 1990s. This superb painting features Thunderbird's 1 and 2 landing at the Hood's Temple hideout, which was published in a Thunderbirds Annual.
Graham has also completed work for a wider range of publications including the Radio Times, local and national newspapers, television soap magazines and cult tv magazines to name but a few!
The image area of the painting is 11.4" x 16" inches, it is painted in gouache and is signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
