The image is one in a series of special hand-painted limited edition cels developed to commemorate the work of Warner Bros. most noted Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoon directors. The image was recreated from Chuck Jones' Merrie Melodies cartoon Going, Going, GOSH!
This edition of 500 pieces (worldwide) is a SOLD-OUT edition. It was released back in 1999, and is very hard to find. The artwork is comprised of a single hand painted cel placed against a photographic background, and measures 8.5" x 6.5" inches.
The cel has the Warner Brothers gold seal (lower right corner) and the artwork is in excellent condition.
