This charming comic strip has an image area of 14" x 4" inches, and the artwork is in excellent condition.

Mr. Abernathy by Frank Ridgeway
Mr. Abernathy was first syndicated in 1957, and appeared in several hundred newspapers at the peak of its popularity. The strip was created by writer Frank Ridgeway and artist Ralston Jones in 1957. The two collaborated on the strip until Jones retired in 1980. Ridgeway continued the strip as both writer and artist until his death in 1994.
