COMMENTS
Comic Mint, is pleased to offer Tweety & Sylvester fans this unique piece of animation art featuring Yosemite Sam and Bugs Bunny in this sold out 12 field cel entitled: "Draw Your Gun!".

Inspired by the 1945 Merrie Melodies theatrical short "Hare Trigger" directed by Friz Freleng, "Draw Your Gun!" is the Limited Edition Cel which features our favourite pistol-sketching gunslingers in a drafting duel aboard the Superchief.
Challenged by Yosemite Sam, Bugs Bunny takes but a second to create a rather disarming revolver image ("A right smart picture!" - Y.S.) while Sam produces only a pale representation thereof ("it stinks!" - B.B.). It may be closer to "Half Past Eleven" than "High Noon", but "DRAW YOUR GUN!" does capture one of the most illustrious showdowns in animation.

This Limited Edition Cel began with a Darrell Van Citters drawing based on an image from "Hare Trigger". The background by Leonard Robledo was reproduced on acid-free paper using a lithography process. Each cel was expertly hand-painted on the reverse side in the classic animation style.
In the final step of production, the edition number was hand-inked on each cel in an edition size of 250.
The artwork has an image area measuring 12.5" x 10.5" inches (unframed), and is accompanied with the studio certificate of authenticity.
