We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this RARE hand painted original production cel, from the classic SIMPSONS season twelve episode # "Trilogy of Error" (2001).

A great image of Lisa showing her father her science-fair project, a little homemade robot, named Linguo.

Lisa: "Meet Linguo, the grammar robot. I built him all by myself. If you misuse language, he'll correct you”
Homer: "Well, let's put him to the test. (slowly) Me love beer!”
Linguo: "*I* love beer!"
Homer: "Aw, he loves beer. Here, little fellow…  (pours a handy can of beer in Linguo's mouth)
Lisa: "Dad, no! Linguo: (shorting out) Error.
Homer: "I'm sorry. I thought he was a party robot!”
Lisa: “Ugh! This is why I can't have nice things!" (growls, takes Linguo and goes upstairs)

This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece that was filmed under the camera, and used in the making of this Simpsons episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork!

The animation cel measures 10.5 inches by 12.5 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is accompanied by the original Twentieth Century Fox certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

"Trilogy of Error" is the eighteenth episode of The Simpsons’ twelfth season. It originally aired on the Fox network in the United States on April 29th, 2001.
In the episode, Homer's rush to the hospital to re-attach his severed thumb, Lisa's rush to school to win the science fair, and Bart's run-in with an illegal fireworks scheme are interconnected as each act tells the events of the same day, but from a different point of view.
