COMMENTS
Comic Mint is your best source for 100% genuine Simpsons Animation Artwork licensed by Twentieth Century Fox. We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this outstanding hand painted original key master setup: Original production cels applied to the matching original hand painted background, from the classic SIMPSONS season seven episode # "King-Size Homer" (1995).

This scene features Homer and Bart visiting Dr. Nick Riviera about how to gain weight quickly, so Homer can go on work disability.

Homer: What can I do to speed the whole thing up, doctor?
Dr. Nick: Well, be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use Pop Tarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon.
Bart: You could brush your teeth with milkshakes!
Dr. Nick: Hey... did you go to Hollywood Upstairs Medical College, too?

This is a one-of-a-kind piece that was filmed under the camera, and used in the making of this Simpsons episode. Freeze-frame your DVD or Video, and you will see this unique piece of artwork! The background is hand painted as well as the production cel.
The animation cel measures 10.5 inches by 17.5 inches wide and has the three-peg punch holes, and bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner). The artwork is accompanied by the original Twentieth Century Fox Collector's Folio certificate of authenticity and is in excellent condition.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:
"King-Size Homer" is the seventh episode of The Simpsons' seventh season. It originally aired on FOX in the United States on November 5th, 1995.
In the episode, Mr. Burns institutes a new calisthenics program at work. Most employees enjoy the morning workout, except Homer, who is too lazy. He finds out that if he goes on disability, he will be exempt from the exercises. He finds hyper-obesity among the list of disability, so he gorges himself on food to balloon up to 300 pounds.
