COMMENTS
We are pleased to offer REN & STIMPY fans one last opportunity to purchase this long SOLD-OUT hand painted limited edition animation cel from over 20 years ago.

"Happy, Happy! Joy, Joy!" comes in an edition size of 300 pieces worldwide, individually numbered, with the cel measuring 10.5" x 12.5" inches. The cel has the official Nickelodeon gold seal (lower right corner), and is accompanied by the studio Certificate of Authenticity.

The artwork is based on an original scene from the episode "Stimpy's Invention" which debuted during the first season of the show. In this episode Stimpy invents the "happy helmet" for his unhappy friend Ren. When Ren puts on the happy helmet he becomes ecstatic. Ren and Stimpy celebrate with the Happy, Happy! Joy, Joy! dance shown in the limited edition.

To produce this edition of 300 cels and 30 Artist Proofs, a drawing of the scene was transferred onto acetate by hand inking, then each cel expertly hand painted and placed against a photographic background.
