This vintage cel measures 10.5" x 12.5" inches and features an outstanding hand painted cel of a 7" tall Hong Kong Phooey in his classic pose! The figures and background are ALL painted onto the cel, which was made from an original Jack Manning drawing, and used for a Hanna-Barbera consumer product, most likely a calendar page or children's book. One of the single best Hong Kong Phooey cels we have seen! This is NOT a sericel or limited edition.
Cels such as these are EXTREMELY RARE and were NEVER made available in stores, so finding a cel such as this one is virtually impossible. This vintage piece of artwork comes from the estate of a Hanna-Barbera employee, and is issued with a certificate of authenticity.
