About Alex Nuiz:
A concoction of the City of Angels, a mutation if you will, of this disgustingly, beautiful city. Or so it seems sometimes.... It's not all glamorous here in Hollywood, quite the opposite most of the time, yet never boring. So how does this play into my career as an artist? Well, it doesn't, just wanted to get it off my chest! At 19, I was blessed with a job as an animator on 'the Simpsons,' you know, them yellow people.. Now at 30, I STILL work on the show, except I do illustration and toy design, for the show of course. Long time with Homer, I tell ya! So for the last two years or so, I submerged myself in Photoshop and Painter, trying to get somewhat a grip on them. My eventual goal is to become a concept designer ala Ryan Church, Feng Zshu, the masters of their field. I know I have a ways, but I have much inspiration to draw upon!
