Comic Mint is your best source for 100% genuine Simpsons Animation Artwork licensed by Twentieth Century Fox.  We are pleased to offer SIMPSONS fans this rare hand painted original master background of the iconic "SPRINGFIELD GENERAL HOSPITAL", from the classic SIMPSONS episode # "Who Shot Mr. Burns? Part Two" (1995). These are the rarest of rare, when it comes to Simpsons animation art, as these are "hold" or "freeze" shots. There are no overlays or other movements to these scenes, and often these are re-used in other episodes. These are iconic images of the most famous and familiar of Springfield locations!

The cel bears the Twentieth Century Fox gold seal (lower corner) and is accompanied by the original Twentieth Century Fox collector's portfolio certificate of authenticity. The artwork is in pristine condition and is sold with the original Twentieth Century Fox cardboard presentation folder with clear acetate window.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS: With Mr. Burns shot, Chief Wiggum follows a trail of DNA that leads to the Simpsons front door step. Homer is charged for the shooting but before he can be jailed, Homer escapes. It's a race to see who reaches Burns' hospital room first.
