Original 1958 Australian Release One Sheet Poster measuring 40 x 27 inches from the classic Tennessee Williams novel, "CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF" which starred Elizabeth Taylor as Maggie 'The Cat' Pollitt, Paul Newman as Brick Pollitt, and Burl Ives as Harvey 'Big Daddy' Pollitt.
A film about blindingly devotional love brought to book (by Tennessee Williams, James Poe and Richard Brooks) in various ways, so that in the darkness a certain constellation may be seen, as you might say, "belly up to the bar." Has there ever been a more sizzingly sexier image of Elizabeth Taylor? I DON'T THINK SO !!! This poster has superior artwork to the US version, with beautiful pastels, and a stunning image of Liz. The poster is in excellent to near mint condition, the color is factory fresh !!! SUPERB !!! RARELY do these appear in this condition !!! |
